We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The role will focus on driving growth for our insights platform and consulting services, with a special emphasis on SaaS sales. This position will be based in Oslo and provides the opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic, innovative company at the forefront of seafood industry insights
General responsibilities
- Lead international and national sales efforts for Kontali’s products and services, with a focus on SaaS solutions.
- Develop and manage a robust sales and marketing setup to drive the growth of Kontali’s position and services
- Contribute to the strategic direction and ongoing development of the business area.
- Ensure alignment with Kontali’s overall strategy, plans, and internal routines.
- Collaborate with other departments to define clear roles and establish efficient processes.
- Participate in product development and cross-functional development projects.
Specific tasks
- Develop and maintain digital sales and marketing efforts to support growth initiatives.
- Implement and adhere to an effective sales process.
- Meet individual sales targets, including new sales, up-selling, and cross-selling of Kontali’s products and services.
- Foster strong relationships with existing customers to enhance customer success and advocacy.
- Establish and expand a professional network within the seafood industry.
- Manage and oversee tender processes, ensuring timely and competitive submissions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Support the development of strategies, business plans, and budgets.
- Assist in optimizing pricing models for Kontali’s products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to commercialize existing and new products effectively.

- Educational background in a relevant field.
- Sales experience within a relevant field with proven results.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong teamwork skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary and multinational environments.
