SEEKING COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHERS

Kind is seeking exceptionally talented commercial photographers to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be based at our headquarters in Bergen, Norway.

Desired Attributes and Skills

Professional Experience:

• Proven expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and other industry-standard software.
• Proficiency in colour grading, compositing, and retouching.
• Understanding of holistic brand-building and the role photography plays within it.
• Ability to replicate visual styles across multiple platforms and ensure each client has a unique, tailored visual identity.
• Strong knowledge of artificial and natural lighting techniques.

Creative and Technical Skills:

• Skilled in creating emotional expressions and conveying creative narratives through visual storytelling.
• Ability to execute colour correction, image processing, and detailed visual composition.
• Excellent eye for composition, detail, and balance in visuals.
• Experience in photography for branding with the ability to think strategically and deliver images aligned with brand objectives.
• Experience with film, 3D, and motion graphics is a significant plus.
