Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team at our Oslo headquarters and drive strategic progress in critical projects
• Build and strengthen relationships with current and potential investors and commercial partners, taking a leading role in capitalization processes
• Oversee the development and completion of prioritized products, ensuring quality and compliance at every stage
• Recruit and lead multidisciplinary teams, as well as manage external suppliers
• Maintain strong governance processes internally and with the board and shareholders

Qualifications and Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess strong scientific credibility, supported by a PhD or master’s degree in biology, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field. They should have a proven track record in commercialization roles within small to medium-sized companies in the med-tech or pharmaceutical sectors, along with experience successfully negotiating and collaborating with larger international companies. Experience in project management skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams are essential for this role. Previous experience in product development within the med tech or pharmaceutical industries is highly desirable, while leadership experience or a prior CEO role would be a significant advantage. The candidate should demonstrate expertise in company capitalization processes, with familiarity in IPO-related activities considered a valuable asset.
