Clinical Specialist | Össur | Norway

We are looking for a Clinical Specialist to join Össur Nordic. Our team operates across all Nordic countries and is part of the North Europe business. Ossur Nordic consists of approximately 20 employees. This position will be based in Norway, and report to the Nordic Sales Director. Weekly travel within Norway is required, as well as occasional travel across the Nordics and Europe.

Your role

As a Clinical Specialist, you will enhance Össur Nordic's visibility within the customer environment and support the sales team in achieving their goals. You’ll work closely with prescribers, strategic customers, physiotherapists, and other stakeholders to address clinical requirements and market trends. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the Academy team’s activities and develop educational programs to meet both internal and external needs. Key responsibilities include:

·       Supporting prosthetic trial fittings across the Nordic region (focus Norway)

·       Collaborating with center-based CPO´s and physiotherapists to deepen their understanding of Össur products

·       Providing practical training on bionic products, Direct Socket TT/TF, Naked Prosthetics and Upper Limb

·       Offering clinical and technical support to customers, sales teams, and customer care

·       Participating in scientific and clinical studies and supporting medical marketing campaigns

·       Driving innovation and collaborating with internal clinical teams to resolve challenges

·       Utilizing CRM tools like Salesforce for documentation and reporting

Your profile

·       Degree-level education or equivalent, with at least 5 years of professional experience in prosthetics

·       Comfortable in intensive patient fitting environments

·       Proficiency in Office365 and familiarity with CRM systems

·       Valid driver’s license

·       Fluent in at least one Scandinavian language and English

·       Experience with Direct Socket systems and knowledge of Össur products is a significant plus

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and you have the ability to work effectively as a team member within a multidisciplinary team. You also have effective organisational, time management, planning and presentations skills. You’re a true people-person, self-motivated, business driven, problem solving oriented and results-oriented. Full time, permanent employment. 6 months probationary period. Start according to agreement.
