Your Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to uncover insights and identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations.
• Gather information from various sources—customers, users, partners—and build data infrastructures to inform product development.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the product team, writing detailed user stories and instructions for developers and designers.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to create and maintain the product roadmap.
• Develop effective workflows and processes across teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Communicate and advocate for ideas, manage stakeholders, and represent the company confidently.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-haves:

• Experience in product management, preferably B2C and/or B2B.
• A good technical understanding (preferably of SaaS products) and the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills to gather, structure, and interpret data for actionable insights.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience scaling products or working in global organizations.
• Business acumen to understand the broader impact of product development on the company’s success.
• Knowledge of healthcare or AI domains.
