We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex, high-impact projects. In this senior role, you will take full ownership of project execution, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to completion. You will build strong client relationships, manage diverse teams, and drive projects to meet or exceed customer expectations. The position focuses exclusively on the delivery of land-based projects across a global scale.

• Lead comprehensive project delivery by establishing and maintaining trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders. Take full responsibility for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-aligned execution while achieving agreed objectives. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, quality assurance, construction, and commissioning to foster seamless collaboration and effective resource utilization
• Oversee change management processes, addressing claims and deviations, while ensuring all changes are thoroughly assessed for impacts on scope, budget, and schedule. Maintain financial oversight of medium to large project budgets (+$100M), implementing cost control and accurate forecasting, and reviewing expenditures to balance financial efficiency with project needs
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and effective conflict resolution. Develop and execute strategic plans that align technical, operational, and financial factors for timely project delivery, while identifying and mitigating risks to adhere to safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
• Build and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team, providing direction and mentorship, to ensure quality assurance, performance excellence, and compliance with all contractual requirements

• Extensive experience managing medium- to large-scale projects with significant complexity, including projects exceeding $100M
• Proven track record in construction, process industries, and other technically demanding sectors, with over 10 years of project management experience
• Strong knowledge of EPC workflows, lifecycle costing, and regulatory compliance requirements in the maritime or process industries
• Educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; a master's degree preferred
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent, with additional certifications in quality, safety, or lean practices advantageous
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated effectiveness in leading diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are beneficial
