Are you our new Senior Discipline Responsible Engineer ?

Job Description

• Produce and understand new documentation and drawings, such as Cause & Effect, System Control Diagrams (SCD), loop drawings for process, Fire & Gas, and safety systems; as well as IS Loop Calculations.
• Revise and update existing documentation and drawings.
• Perform discipline checks and approve documents and drawings produced within the project.
• Order instrumentation materials required for offshore installation.
• Have a clear understanding of P&IDs and drawings from multiple engineering disciplines.
• Engage in technical discussions with clients and vendor representatives to identify optimal technical solutions.

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as NORSOK, PTIL, and API.
• Excellent self-learning ability and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with modifications on onshore installations during operation is highly beneficial.
