Your role:
As an Aftermarket coordinator in the Electrical and Automation department, you will play a key role in continuing and developing our offerings to our customers. Our customers are mainly located in Norway, but we are also expanding our business abroad. It makes this an exciting time to come in and shape our global business.
You will act as project manager for automation upgrade projects and also be actively involved in solving issues directly for the customers through our support ticket solution.
We provide a 24/7 support phone service for our customers. This is handled by people from the Electrical and Automation department. It is desired that you also take part in this.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer & Supplier Relations: Serve as the point of contact for customers, suppliers, and project management.
- Project management: Contribute as PM for automation upgrade projects with customers
- Automation: Contribute to troubleshooting and programming of automation and SCADA solutions.
- Commissioning: Oversee the commissioning of installations on-site.
- Tender & Concept Development: Participate in tender processes and develop innovative project concepts.
You can expect approximately 30-50 travel days per year, with compensation aligned with company guidelines. This position reports to the Department Manager of Electrical and Automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree within electrical engineering or similar relevant education
- Experience from projects
- Fluent in a Nordic language and good English skills, both oral and written
- 3-5 years’ experience within electrical engineering, automation, software programming, or production industries
- Experience from aquaculture and customer relations are preferable
