Rosenberg Worley is seeking an experienced and motivated Delivery Systems Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in the development, integration, configuration, and maintenance of various systems within the Worley Rosenberg portfolio.

We’re looking for someone with a strong technical background, a proactive approach to solving challenges, and the drive to take on exciting opportunities like optimizing systems, contributing to internal and client projects, and assisting with upgrades to our main systems.

Your Responsibilities

• System Integration: Developing and maintaining seamless integrations between various systems, with a primary focus on our ERP platform, IFS Applications.
• Database and Application Management: Performing tasks such as configuration, third line troubleshooting, data imports/exports, and interfacing between systems.
• Customization: Configuring and enhancing the layout and functionality of IFS pages, including the creation of custom fields.
• Development and Testing: Designing, coding, and thoroughly testing all self-developed solutions, including integrations, customizations, and enhancements.
• Reporting and Analysis: Creating and managing reports to support informed decision-making across the organization.
• Projects: Collaborating on internal IT projects and client projects to enhance operational efficiency, support business objectives, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Upgrading Systems: Assisting in the planning, execution, and implementation of upgrades to our main systems, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum improvement.
• Quality Assurance: Conducting rigorous testing to maintain system integrity and performance.
• Technical Documentation: Developing comprehensive documentation for system architecture, integration processes, configurations and custom developed code.
• Continuous Improvement: Staying informed about emerging technologies and trends to drive ongoing enhancements to our systems.

What We Are Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems, such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, particularly in system development, integration, and configuration.
• Proficiency in programming languages, including PL/SQL, SQL, Java, and C#, along with familiarity with .NET frameworks and REST API development.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms and tools.
• Apex experience would be appreciated, though it's not a requirement.
