Technical Sales Manager – NordicEPOD
Do you want to play a key role in a forward-thinking company within electrical solutions for datacenters in the Nordics?
NordicEPOD is looking for an experienced and skilled Technical Sales Manager for a newly established position that will play a central role in the company’s growth and success across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland.
About the Role:
As the Technical Sales Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for leading the sales activities of NordicEPOD throughout the Nordics. You will be the face of the company and play a crucial role in building strong relationships with clients and partners while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
In this senior position, you will report directly to the CEO of NordicEPOD, contributing both strategically and operationally to strengthen the company’s market position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to support the company’s growth ambitions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including major players in the energy and industrial sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and secure long-term agreements in a competitive industry.
- Navigate complex processes and collaborate in interdisciplinary environments.
- Represent NordicEPOD in high-level meetings and events.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- At least 10-15 years of experience in technical or sales-related roles in the Nordic electrical industry
- Experience and the ability to navigate large organizations with complex ownership structures.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A forward-leaning and proactive attitude, with the ability to take ownership of projects.
- Experience in startup environments or smaller companies, with an understanding of their unique challenges.
- The ability to manage complexity and lead in dynamic environments.
