We are looking for a Relationship Manager, or alternatively a Senior Relationship Manager, to Business Banking Trøndelag. This is an opportunity for you to work with medium- and large sized corporate customers in Business Banking and to collaborate with a skilled team of Relationship Managers and Product Responsible Units.

What you'll be doing

You'll join Business Banking Trøndelag where we daily serve our corporates in the region with the full scale of products and services offered by Nordea. You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of corporate customers in accordance with the Business Banking Norway strategy and Nordea`s overall values and priorities, and the belonging income, profitability and customer satisfaction in the customer portfolio.

You are responsible for evaluating and monitoring the credit risk associated with our corporate clients, as well as serving the customers in collaboration with all the Product Responsible Units.

Your future responsibilities:

• Act as a Business Partner for our corporate customers
• Credit analysis and screening of new credit exposures
• Leading customer dialogue and meetings
• Work in a highly motivated team of employees striving to increase Nordea's customer satisfaction, income and profitability
• Ongoing customer dialogue related to ESG and transition plans
• Collaborating with all supporting units (credit, corporate support etc.) and all Product Responsible Units

The role is based in Trondheim.

Who you are

Your profile and background:

• Master in Business, Finance or similar
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a customer facing position
• Preferably experience with credit risk assessment
• Dedicated and passionate
• High analytical skills
• Fluency in English and Norwegian, written and spoken
• Team player
• Self going
