We are now looking for a Project Engineer who wants to strengthen our Umbilical & Cable Systems team at Lysaker and be a part of the exciting journey that has just started.

What will you be doing? 

As our new Project Engineer you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage and complete assigned engineering tasks according to OneSubsea’s procedures and practices
• Deliver OTQD (On Time Quality Delivery) engineering documentation
• Coordinate interface information to and from Client and other Contractors
• Provide technical input to Lead Engineer, Supply Chain and Manufacturing site
• Provide technical support to sub-Contractors and Suppliers
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to a continuous improvement culture
• Proactively gain and share knowledge/experience within project team and department
• Ensure relevant Lessons Learnt are captured, understood and recorded as required
• Follow the product form early engineering phase to delivery from our production site

We think you should have: 

• B.Sc or M.Sc. in relevant engineering discipline or 3 years relevant experience
• Experience with project execution and a general understanding of the business area
• Experience with a PLM system (SAP or Teamcenter) is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both as a team member and individually
• Plan and prioritize own activities and manage own workload with minimum supervision
• Strong focus on quality and On Time Delivery when working under pressure
