Senior Finance & HR Manager

We are currently hiring a Senior Finance & HR Manager for our office in Kristiansand, Norway. This role is ideal for someone with experience, drive, and initiative, ready to contribute to our global finance team. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor or Masters degree in a finance/business related field
• At least 7 years’ experience in a similar position
• Strong experience with Norwegian GAAP
• Experience with, and affinity for, ERP-systems
• Profound financial background and knowledge of financial issues
• Strong business acumen and strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent Norwegian and English skills
• Strong Excel and Microsoft office skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all finance related topics in the Norwegian entity and reports directly to the Austria based Group Head of Finance and Controlling.
• Standalone role with responsibilities from sub-ledger posting all the way through to commercial analysis. 
• Reporting on Group level (cash flow, forecasts, monthly reporting)
• Responsible for all HR related tasks at the regional entity and will assist the department heads in all HR related topics.
• Support to the group’s QAHSE responsible and takes responsibility for any QAHSE qualifications programs/audits (Magnet JQS, Achilles), customer audits and ISO standards at the local level.
