Location: Oslo 
Duration: Asap - 6 months with possible extension 

Arbeidsoppgaver

• Manage the discipline engineers and consultants working in the project
• Lead the engineering design of the project and take responsibility for all technical matters
• Provide technical assessments and expertise throughout the full life cycle of projects
• Prepare technology selection evaluations and identify project design optimization potential
• Develop and coordinate technical specifications, scope of work, design basis and technical reports
• Review and approve technical documentation from suppliers
• Coordinate and supervise work from contractors
• Coordinate technical assessments and issue recommendations for award of supplies and services
• Manage technical interfaces between owner, customer and suppliers
• Ensure the totality and completeness of the technical solution
• Ensure correct level of quality assurance and agreed quality on the technical documents
• Provide input for development of capex estimates and master schedule
• Ensure application of standards, codes, regulations and company's requirements

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

• University degree in engineering or equivalent
• 10+years' experience in the oil & gas or chemical industries
• Broad knowledge of international standards and codes is required
• Previous experience with Project Management and/or Technical Management is required
• Experience with hydrogen plants and hydrogen filling stations is an advantage
• Experience with EU directives and Swedish standards and regulations is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Norwegian or Swedish, both oral and written
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude, structured - and analytical mind set
• High level of integrity, ethical values, and cross-cultural understanding
• Ability to plan and manage own - and others workload in an efficient manner to meet schedule and budget targets
• Thriving in a team environment but with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
