As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities. You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will also be responsible for:

• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our upper and lower completions business in the North Sea to ensure successful completion
• Handling the scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements to provide effective support
• Planning, managing lead times, ordering equipment, providing support and solutions to meet client needs
• Managing client relationships, being the primary contact for job planning, preparation, execution and close out
• Ensuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of clients objectives
• Ensuring assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and invoices are correctly issued to prevent revenue leakage
• Briefing personnel Pre and post offshore activity with regular touch points to run through operations
• Collaborating with drilling engineers, completions specialists, the integrated solutions team and workshop personnel to ensure smooth running of operations
• Liaising with the technical team, risk and material planners to ensure time efficiency and effective planning
• Applying Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained

To be successful in this role you will:

• Demonstrate a track record in completions – be this in a field or onshore based role
• Have experience of completions holistically or with an emphasis on lower completions, sand controls, liner hanger, multilateral systems, steerable drilling liners (SDL)
• Be highly organised with finely tuned planning skills
• Work well under pressure with high attention to detail
• Have good customer facing skills
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Be successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve problems.
