Arbeidsoppgaver

• Maintaining accurate employee records, updating information in our HR systems, and ensuring data integrity.
• Preparing and issuing employment contracts.
• Providing guidance and support to employees and leaders on HR policies, processes, and systems, including time and attendance.
• Working closely with colleagues across HR and other departments to deliver excellent HR service.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Managing the employee lifecycle in our HR systems (Workday, SAP, ServiceNow), including onboarding new hires and processing employee exits.
• Part of an operational team with a wide range of tasks.
• Provide support and advice to our organisation within offshore, onshore and onshore plants and mobility in Norway.

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

• Experience with HR systems (SAP, ServiceNow, and Workday is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Norwegian
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
• Desirable: Experience in a similar HR role and Knowledge of Norwegian labor law
