In this role, you will work closely with two other dedicated Employer Branding (EB) employees. The EB team is responsible for DNV’s employer branding activities in Norway, targeting both students and professionals, primarily within technology and digital skills. This team is part of a large and highly professional Nordic HR team, and reports to the Head of Section HR Experts.

The Employer Branding Strategy and Social Media Manager will be responsible for further development and implementation of the employer branding strategy, managing social media and employee ambassador programs, overseeing external campaign agencies, and establishing data dashboards to ensure data-driven insights and action.
Some of your main work tasks will be:
- Further development and implementation of DNV’s Employer Branding strategy
- Managing social media channels and employee ambassador programs
- Establishing and maintaining data dashboards for data-driven insights to optimize the EB activity portfolio
- Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of EB initiatives
- Managing external agency relationships and commercial agreements
- Acting as liaison towards corporate executive stakeholders; cooperation on common initiatives.

- Proven experience in Employer Branding and social media management
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills in Norwegian and English
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A strategic thinker with an action-oriented approach and a commercial mindset
