We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to support and advise managers on HR policies, coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensure compliance with company HR practices while escalating complex issues to senior HR leadership.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Support end-to-end hiring, including job postings, screening, interviews, and candidate experience.
- Onboarding & Integration: Manage onboarding programs, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires, active follow up within the probation time
- HR Business Partnering: Advise managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and workforce planning. In collaboration with Chief of Staff
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee exit processes, maintain employee records
- HR Projects: Support Groupwide HR initiatives
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- First labour law experiences is beneficial.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
