THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in Europe. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that projects align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value. This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of business strategies and solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

• Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to ensure clear communication of project objectives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on deliverables.

Solution Development and Support:

• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.
• Support testing efforts by creating test cases, validating results, and ensuring quality assurance.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze data to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth and optimization.

Project Management Support:

• Assist in project planning, including defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and familiarity with process mapping tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
