We are seeking an enthusiastic Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Norway. This candidate will be responsible for driving all aspects of the recruitment process, while building strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates alike. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's growth by attracting top talent and shaping our employer brand globally.

When joining Tietoevry Banking as a Talent Acquisition Partner:              

• Build stakeholder relationships, provide recruitment support to Hiring Managers throughout the whole recruitment process in addition to conducting recruitment trainings.
• Offer strategic insights and updates to align the recruitment with organizational goals.
• Use innovative sourcing methods, including social networks and industry events.
• Manage recruitment data and use analytics for data-driven decisions.
• Participating in employer branding activities.
• Lead and support Banking Talent Acquisition projects.

Who we are looking for 

• BSc / MSc within relevant fields
• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment and comfortable using different applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Hands-on experience with the whole recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and interviewing to onboarding.
• Experience in using data to make decisions throughout the recruitment process.
• Strong project management skills, great at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changes in the recruitment process.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken
