Are you an experienced leader in Industrial Automation and Control Systems, ready to drive technical excellence and innovation in the Offshore energy sector? Emerging Offshore Systems is seeking a proactive Department Manager to lead the team in Offshore Solutions. In this role you will be welcomed by a team of engineers and managers with a high competency level.

This role reports to Director, Emerging Offshore Solutions (EOS).

What you will be doing

• Lead and manage the Offshore Solutions Team, ensuring skills development and motivation
• Develop technical proposals, studies, and manage LCM opportunities
• Strong stakeholder Management between Business Units in Automation & Control
• Execute department strategy and contribute to OPS strategic initiatives
• Manage digitalization initiatives, Tools, and V-cloud solution

We think you should have

• Proven experience in Industrial Automation and Control Systems, especially in oil and gas projects
• Strong leadership skills with experience in project and team management
• Experience in Systems Engineering and early-phase project work
• Proactive and systematic approach to problem-solving
• Familiar with IEC 62443 OT Cybersecurity standards
