Your Responsibilities 

As a Senior Accountant, you will manage the accounts of several of our Norwegian and Swedish production and holding companies. Your role is to ensure compliance with Flokk’s internal policies as well as Norwegian and Swedish accounting regulations. Key responsibilities include: 

• Monthly reporting to Flokk Group 
• Preparing and supporting annual audits, both locally and at group level 
• Managing current accounts 
• Performing monthly account reconciliations 
• Reporting VAT, company tax, and customs tax 

This is an autonomous role where you’ll oversee the full accounting process. You’ll receive internal support for daily transactions and external advisory support for legal reporting requirements. The role is based at Flokk Group HQ in Oslo, within our Group Accounting Team. While the workload follows monthly reporting deadlines and annual audits, the pace may intensify during reporting periods. 

Qualifications:  

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, including the annual closing process 
• Proficiency with accounting support tools 
• Strong knowledge of Norwegian accounting and tax regulations 
• Excellent written and spoken Norwegian and English skills
