As a Field Specialist – Cementing, you'll play a key role in being the on-site, first point of contact for our wellsite cementing activities. You'll be leading people and working on a variety of complex projects. You will oversee the training and development of your team to deliver a first-class service.

As a Field Specialist – Cementing, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and preparing your cementing service team to ensure operational readiness, execution of work and post-job evaluation
• Providing guidance to customers and teams on-site to coordinate cementing operations and to aid decision-making processes
• Supervising crew, ensuring operational readiness and maintenance of cementing unit and casing accessories equipment
• Mentoring the training and development of your team to ensure quality cementing services are delivered to customers
• Providing records of products consumed to customer representatives at wellsites, ensuring successful inventory tracking and invoice submission
• Ensuring health and safety compliance throughout cementing activities to mitigate risks to people, equipment and environment.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a good, solid background in engineering in a field position
• Have experience in execution of cementing jobs, pumping and pressure testing with knowledge of two brands of cement units (Baker’s and/or competitors’ ones) as minimum
• Have experience in Foam Cementing
• Demonstrate leadership experience of managing and mentoring a team in a cross-functional business organisation
• Be fluent in English and excellent all-round communication skills
• Be happy and flexible to travel to international locations to work with customers on site and offshore
• Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions.
