Additech AS søker Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Additech is a Norwegian company within additive manufacturing services, located in Bergen and Stord. We help industrial companies enhance the performance of crucial components, enabling manufacturing of complex structures and materials for customized use. Offering end-to-solutions for our customers, including consultancy and courses and with expertise in design engineering and in-house quality printing machines and equipment.

About:

The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is responsible for overseeing the commercial strategy and initiatives of Additech, with primary focus on increasing revenue through technical sales. The CCO will drive sales, marketing, business development, and customer service efforts to achieve the company’s growth and revenue goals. This role requires an enthusiastic leader with knowledge within additive manufacturing and its strategic potential. Client management is an important part of the CCO role, and building relationships with key clients is essential, together with strong desire to drive business success.

The role shall foster cross-functional collaboration and ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable, profitable growth.

Key qualifications:

• Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in relevant engineering or business administration.
• 2+ years of experience in the industry within engineering and design, and experience from sales, business development is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Team-building and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of industry requirements and decision-making processes, including technical, operational, and regulatory aspects.
• Good stakeholder, quality and risk management skills while maintaining a growth mindset.
• Experience from sales and marketing, business development, with focus on building client relationship.
• Understanding the industrial processes and new technology and workflows, capable of assisting customers in implementing these into their operations.
• Good written and verbal Norwegian and English skills.
• Solid IT competence.
