Engineering Team Manager

Vi søker en ny Engineering Team Manager til vårt team i Trondheim. I denne rollen vil du ha ansvaret for og planlegging av ressurser inn i mot våre prosjekter. Du vil ha et team som rapporterer direkte til deg, så det er avgjørende at du støtter dem i å vokse og utvikle seg, både som gruppe og individuelt. Dette inkluderer også å hjelpe teammedlemmene dine med å utvikle seg innen selskapet.

Hva du vil gjøre:

• Personalansvar for prosjektteknikerne i regionen.
• Koordinering av ressurser inn i mot våre eksisterende prosjekter.
• Planlegging av ressurser i prosjekt og ha kontroll på backlog.
• Ansvarlig for kursgjennomføring relevant til prosjektgjennomføring.
• Arbeide aktivt med medarbeidernes velvære og utvikling, kompetansematrise.
• Safety Audits og HMS oppfølging.

Hva vi ser etter:

• Tidligere erfaring fra lederstillinger, inkludert medarbeideransvar.
• Erfaring med prosjektgjennomføring / planlegging.
• Flytende i både norsk og engelsk.
• Førerkort er et krav.
• Sterk kompetanse i Microsoft Word og Excel for dokumenthåndtering og dataanalyse. Solid erfaring med dataanalyseverktøy og presentasjon av innsikter med Power BI.

Vi ønsker at du skal sikre utmerket prosjektkoordinering gjennom en proaktiv og strategisk tilnærming til våre kunder og interessenter. Du vil også ha en viktig rolle i å utvikle og forbedre arbeidsmetodene våre innen interne funksjoner, noe som vil bidra til å gjøre prosjektene våre mer effektive. Selv om du vil jobbe lokalt, oppfordrer vi deg til å ha en global mentalitet, siden vi alltid streber etter å skape en positiv innvirkning på et større nivå.
