Telenor Business provides solutions and services to the corporate market. The division consists of 5 units; Mobile Business, Mobile Sales, Network@workplace, Digital Platform & Security Sales and Strategy and it consists of approximately 500 employees
In the Business Division, we will develop Norway's best sales environment. Key elements in this will be to build in-depth insight, develop effective reporting support and analysis tools, establish effective processes that analyse and manage practice and that set priorities based on real value creation. It is also important to standardise best practice and establish effective competence development.
This will take place both locally in the sales outlet and in close collaboration with the product where the other three "P's" are located.
In your role as Head of Business Performance, you will work closely with Sales Director Mobile to ensure that you have progression on the overall development at all times. You will act as their extended arm towards sales outlets and sales resources. You will work closely with the managers of the individual sales segments to both drive development in the individual segments, but also to ensure a holistic approach and standardization of working methods and logic where possible. You will have the responsibility to control the totality of this.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop profitability and driver analysis, have deep insights into your sales teams' performance and outcomes, and ensure that your sales operation is executed based on these insights.
- Ensure a common perception of the analyses through effective communication and process management.
- Be a requirement setter for the sales manager as well as own the reporting and follow-up process for the sales performance.
- Own the reporting responsibility for the total, and be responsible for ensuring that CMO Bus and CEO Norway are informed about developments and measures. This is done in close collaboration with Sales Director and Head of Value Stream Mobile.
- Be the sales outlet's most important interface with the value stream managers in the individual segments, and ensure that you approach the tasks holistically together with the sales managers.
- You will report directly to Sales Director Mobile and be able to act as a deputy in his absence.
To be successful in this role, we believe you have the following qualifications and/or experience:
- You can demonstrate significant relevant experience from Telco or other relevant industries.
- Documented results within your abilities to build relevant insights, identify measures and implement these.
- Have a deep understanding of the industry's strategic challenges, and how to transform these into concrete improvement measures.
- Possess senior experience in sales management with proven results over time
- You are able to analyse complex data to ensure informed decisions.
- You have excellent communication skills and are not afraid to challenge existing practices.
- You are genuinely concerned with driving continuous improvement and achieving measurable results.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Norwegian is required, and advanced proficiency in English is preferred.
- You have a high level of expertise in Office tools. Insight into Telenor's other systems is an advantage.
