The successful candidate will work efficiently as a leader of the breakfast team in a strong and effective kitchen department .
What you´ll do, except cooking wonderful food...
- Maintaining the integrity of our brand´s standards in line with the Head Chef.
- Support the Head Chef with ideas and techniques while striving to innovate and evolve the breakfast.
- Have a firm grip on maintaining Clarion Hotel Bergen Airport's high food quality and food waste standards
- Make sure that the guest experience is at the heart of what you do

The qualifications we´re looking for...
- Relevant culinary qualifications and similar experience, as part of a fast-moving culinary team in a busy and dynamic environment
- Have a good understanding of the business with a proven track record of working in teams
- Fluency in English or a Scandinavian language
- Understanding of HACCP
- Fagbrev or relevant work experience
- Visa or relevant passport to work in Norway (applications without this will not be reviewed)
