Our new team member will have a challenging and varied operational service function, in an international and very dynamic business. You will be an important part of our team, where everyone needs to be proactive, efficient, structured and flexible. You will get a responsible position, handling a variety of tasks, across cultures, countries, languages and time zones. Tasks and responsibilities:

o   Operating deliveries and supplies to clients from direct inquiries, and from being proactive, in close touch with colleagues and our worldwide team to ensure client satisfaction

o   Responsible for;

• Contact with clients in operation and service process, from requests to delivery, invoicing and some accounting follow ups
• Purchasing and contact with suppliers, logistics partners and agents for deliveries – maintaining our reputation to serve cost efficiently and safe
• Assist to create and handle documentation for processing in our ERP, CRM and other systems

Qualifications:

o   Level, Bachelor degree, preferably within the maritime sector

o   Preference to have some background from maritime operations, accounting, or logistics

o   ERP, CRM system experience 

o   Fluent in English, verbal and writing

o   Trustworthy and service minded professional attitude, flexible to assist at any time, because you like to do so
