Join Glamox Production Molde as a Product Engineer

Are you passionate about using your technical expertise to drive product development forward? We are looking for a Product Engineer to join our technical department at Glamox Production Molde. As a Product Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for all product families produced in Molde. This is a central and exciting role within our organization, where you will be involved in product development and production, as well as providing support to our sales units worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Oversee production documentation for your product families, including continuous upgrades, changes, and development in close collaboration with sales, production, procurement, and the laboratory.
• Production Support: Ensure that production receives the necessary documentation, expertise, and practical solutions to maintain smooth production flow.
• Technical Sales Support: Act as the factory's contact point for our sales channels/salespeople. This includes answering technical questions, providing technical support in sales, and assisting with the customization and development of product variants.

Desired Qualifications:

• Engineering degree or equivalent relevant technical education (experience can compensate for the lack of formal qualifications)
• Preferably with experience in electrical/electronics
• Experience with similar tasks in an industrial setting is desirable
• Strong computer skills
• Proficiency in both Norwegian and English, spoken and written.
