Experienced LCI Coordinator
What does the job involve?
We are looking for an experienced LCI Coordinator with experience from onshore or offshore projects, who can also contribute as an M5 Coordinator in our system for managing changes in facility information.
You will be part of multi-located technical department for Onshore Plants in Equinor in the Life Cycle Information (LCI) department. LCI is located at Mongstad, Hammerfest, Tjeldbergodden, Øygarden by Kollsnes and Sture, and Kårstø. LCI consists of 30 employees. The main office for this position will be at LCI at Mongstad.
The LCI department has a broad range of responsibilities, including LCI subject matter expertise, document control, LCI coordination, M5 coordination, M5 case processing, 2D CAD, and 3D CAD.
What will my tasks be?
Within this position, your key tasks will be to:
- Coordinate LCI from the study phase to project completion.
- Act as a support function, coordinating specialist disciplines, providing guidance, and contributing to training in LCI requirements, methods, and tools.
- Ensure that LCI requirements align with relevant work processes in Equinor.
- Contribute to ensuring that technical information is delivered in accordance with LCI milestones in projects.
- Perform quality assurance and follow up on external contractors' LCI deliverables in projects.
- Assist in managing access in STID.
- Coordinate parts of the M5 portfolio, assign tasks to various disciplines, and follow up until M5 completion.

- Technical education and work experience, such as a bachelor's degree, technical college, IT background, or a trade certification.
- Experience with LCI as an LCI coordinator, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working with systematic coordination in teams and independently, including experience in operations, maintenance, and/or onshore/offshore projects.
- Familiarity with IT tools like STID, SAP, and Procosys.
- Strong IT skills, an interest in technology, and openness to new digital solutions.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Norwegian and English.
- Relevant work experience may substitute for formal qualification requirements.
