Responsibilities: 

• The products we create are used both internally by our analysts and externally by our customers. You will thus be involved in the entire development cycle, from concept and launch to ongoing maintenance. 
• Collaborate closely in smaller and effective teams, where you will have a significant impact on development paths and processes. 
• Contribute to making long-term plans to ensure continuity and stability in the development work. 
• Enable value creation by closely monitoring and continuously evaluating the benefits of new solutions and trends. 
• Write code that is clean, scalable, and easy to maintain. 
• Identify and solve technical challenges and errors in simple and creative ways. 

Qualifications: 

• Proficient in Ruby on Rails and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). 
• Experience with database management (mainly MySQL). 
• Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git. 
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for both application and infrastructure levels. 
• Ability to work independently and in small teams. 
• Good communication skills in English. 

Preferred qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience as a fullstack developer.
