Exciting Opportunity for a Contract Lead in Procurement & Supply Chain Management

Job Description

• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to establish procurement strategies and contracts efficiently.
• Prepare and issue enquiries, manage bid evaluations, conduct negotiations, and prepare award recommendations.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships throughout the procurement process.
• Perform contract start-up activities, including kick-off meetings and training for internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Manage contracts from award to closeout, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently and effectively.

 

Qualification Requirements

• Fluent in both Norwegian and English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Extensive experience in project procurement.
• Ability to work independently and lead multidisciplinary teams across the organization.
• Skilled in developing and utilizing a network of internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates high integrity, ethical awareness, and a strategic mindset.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a commercial outlook.
• Proactive in driving improvements and continuously seeking better solutions.
