Experienced within Supply Chain Management?

Task and responsibilities

• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams for efficient establishment of procurement strategies and contracts
• Prepare and issue enquiries, manage and conduct bid evaluation, negotiations and prepare award recommendation
• Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the process
• Perform contract start-up activities, incl. kick-off meetings and contract training with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Manage contracts from award to contract closeout

Competence requirements

• Strong and fluent oral and written communication skills in Norwegian and English
• Project procurement experience
• Independent and flexible, with the ability to work within and lead multidisciplinary teams across the organization.
• Skilled in developing, utilising and extending network of internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates high level of personal integrity and ethical awareness.
• Strategic and Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Has a 'searching for better' attitude and actively contributes to improving our work.
