Our client is seeking a skilled Document Controller with international maritime experience to manage documentation for newbuilding, conversion, and modification projects. You'll collaborate with Yards, Project Managers, Vendors, Sub-suppliers and Fleet Managers, ensuring smooth document flow.

This is a permanent position.

Key Responsibilites:

• Establish the Project Document Control Center (DCC)
• Coordinate document distribution with Contractors, Yards, and Vendors
• Maintain project document registers and ensure timely approvals
• Oversee document flow and track equipment/service deliveries

• 2–5 years in maritime document control, 5–10 years overall experience
• Fluent in English (verbal & written)
• Strong communication, team collaboration, and digital tool proficiency
