Are you ready to help shape the growth trajectory and strategic direction of Norway's leading independent Wealth Manager? We are looking for a Business Consultant who thrives in an analytical environment and is excited about leveraging their skills to bring strategic value across all levels of the company.

As a Business Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing business insights, strategic guidance, and project support on high-priority topics. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will work closely with Group Executive Management to drive data-driven decision-making.

This position is ideal for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in consulting and/or similar industry roles, who are eager to expand their analytical expertise and leadership skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Support top management in strategic decision-making by providing detailed analyses and insights into financial and operational data.
• Develop clear reports and data visualizations that transform complex information into actionable intelligence.
• Own and further develop KPI and other reporting to management and board
• Provide project support through ad-hoc analyses, strategic insights, and project management where needed.
• Collaborate across departments to understand key business drivers, identify opportunities, and optimize data usage and processes.
• Use curiosity and attention to detail to uncover trends and make strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

We are looking for candidates who are self-driven, structured, and confident in working directly with senior management across a variety of business areas.

What You Bring

• 2-5 years of experience in consulting and/or strategic industry roles.
• Strong background in business analytics, finance, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik).
• Fluency in both a Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish) and English.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to extract insights from complex data.
• Excellent top-down communication skills, making insights clear and actionable for executives.
• Independent and structured work style, with the ability to manage projects autonomously.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaborating across business functions.

• Curious and proactive, eager to challenge assumptions and improve business outcomes.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic outlook, balancing precision with a high-level perspective.
• High integrity and professionalism, handling sensitive information with discretion.
