Sales Manager Expro Norway AS
To deliver new & profitable business across the area of responsibility, providing technical support to the Client and operations teams. Ensure that the appropriate technical solutions are developed to satisfy Client requirements whilst maximizing company product line & expertise. Provide correct technical input to enable appropriate sales strategies to be developed & to measure & report on business activities.
- Identify opportunities for marketing & technology, seeking new business & developing appropriate strategies for delivering them in conjunction with the Business Development Manager
- Respond to tender & quotation requests ensuring that commercial evaluations, business cases & compilation of BER's are actioned
- Ensure the provision of first line specialist & technical liaison with clients and company operations/product line teams
- Work in close liaison with operations/product line teams to assist in the delivery of new technology to clients ensuring flow of information
- Establish regular liaison with clients & support operations teams in driving improvements/opportunities for increasing revenue
- Develop presentations for delivery to clients/potential clients, attending meetings, technology gatherings etc., that provide an opportunity to circulate information on company products & their capabilities
- Provide forecast & budget support to the product lines & regional organization
- Collaborate with clients in technology initiatives to enhance performance & improve margins
- Provide reports as per schedule & ensure Salesforce database is kept up-to-date
- Conduct client technical audits in line with company policy and in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal & external departments to ensure that all information is circulated as appropriate, ensuring client questions and queries are resolved in a timely manner & liaising with manager on any issues or concerns
- Actively adhere to Code of Conduct & Anti-Bribery policies, procedures & processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained, minimizing exposure to liability or risk of company reputation
- Report possible violations &/or conflicts of interest
- Hold a Professional Qualification (preferably in a technical area)
- Extensive work experience within a Technical or Sales role (preferably in line with a company product line)
- Financial awareness in relation to tender/quotation/budget process
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint & Databases (previous working knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage)
