We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Expansion team at IKEA.

In this role you will be responsible for

• Overseeing the planning, budgeting, establishment, and execution of retail projects, ideally within the Oslo market
• Delivering the project within agreed timeframe, budget, and quality while following the IKEA Retail Establishment process
• Making dynamic decisions while operating good project governance processes
• Working across different organizations & functions, both internal and external, and leading stakeholders on a country level
• Communicating progress to relevant stakeholders, including Country management team & Board

• Good analytical skills and the ability to identify required business actions
• Experience from managing change in a complex business environment

Operational knowledge and experience in retail is a valuable plus.
