Brasserie Britannia is entering an exciting new chapter, under the leadership of Håvard Werkland—renowned for his achievements in Bocuse d’Or and his experience at Michelin-starred Speilsalen. Job tasks

• Provide 5-star service to all our guests
• Prepare and close the restaurant according to procedures
  
• Participate in service during the restaurant's opening hours
  
• Stay updated on menus and related information about dishes and drinks
  
• Contribute to a good atmosphere for both our guests and employees
  
• Shift work according to the schedule on both weekdays and weekends"

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter
• Knowledge of wine is an advantage
• Proficient in a Scandinavian language or English
