Neptune is now strengthening the Finance Team with a Financial Controller. You can expect a company with short reporting lines where your efforts will have a strong impact. The Financial Controller will report to the Senior Finance Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

• Control and quality assurance of accounting for the group and its subsidiaries
• Identify and follow up on discrepancies in accounting and reporting
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting routines and internal controls
• Further develop systems and processes
• Participate in reporting to management and provide analysis and insights
• Liaise with external auditors and other external stakeholders

• Higher education in accounting, auditing, or similar fields
• Preferably 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally from auditing and/or a similar position
• Experience from international companies
• Strong understanding of accounting, processes, and systems (preferably SAP experience)
• Interest in Tech/SaaS companies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Independent and proactive
• Positive attitude towards process improvement and system development
