What You’ll Do:
- Lead the preparation and submission of tenders and commercial proposals for subsea services and technology.
- Analyze client requirements and develop competitive, high-quality bids that align with Optime Subsea’s strengths.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams to create compelling, well-structured proposals.
- Engage with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure cost-effective, high-value offerings.
- Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions to help secure new business.
- Maintain a structured, efficient tendering process that enables fast, competitive, and accurate responses to customer needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in tendering, commercial management, or project proposals within subsea, oil & gas, or related industries.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance risk, cost, and value to create winning bids.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to align commercial offerings with technical and operational capabilities.
- A strategic thinker who enjoys crafting compelling proposals that drive business growth.
