Management Assistant to Senior Vice President

To make sure our leaders stay on top of their game, we are looking for a management assistant to join our team. You will be at the centre of our division for Buildings and Industry with 400 talented colleagues, assisting the Senior Vice President (SVP) in his day-to-day operation. You will be a valuable resource in planning, coordinating and communicating with multiple stakeholders, as well as creating an overview and supporting the leadership team in making strategic decisions within a fast-paced environment.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Provide high-level administrative support, managing complex calendars, meetings and event coordination
- Identify and ensure that relevant and timely information is available to target audience, and produce content for presentations and newsletters
- Act as a key liaison for cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration, communication and knowledge sharing
- Building and maintaining long term relationships with stakeholders across COWI
- Maintain confidentiality, flexibility, and an attentive approach, anticipating needs and resolving challenges

On top of that, you will have:
- Extensive experience from working in large companies and supporting senior leaders
- Digital curiosity and solid skills in the Microsoft Office suite
- Effective communication skills both written and oral in Norwegian and English
- A higher education in a relevant field, such as social sciences, communication, PR, or similar, is valued
- The ability to work systematically, efficiently, and with a strong attention to detail
- High ability to work together with others in an efficient manner
COWI has customers and projects that may require security clearance at various levels. There may therefore be requirements for security clearance in some projects/positions.
