Role Overview:

We are seeking a forward-thinking Business Development Manager to support our SEAWATCH® initiative and drive our business transformation in both current and new markets. This role will be pivotal in scaling SEAWATCH® for the future, with a significant focus on Climate & Nature (Ocean Science) markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and pursue new market opportunities for SEAWATCH® products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Use data insights to refine product offerings and market strategies.
• Inspire others with your commercial acumen and deal-making prowess.
• Lead by example and prioritize Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and Environmental protection.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Oceanography, Marine Environment, or Engineering is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a commercial manager.
• Proven track record of successful sales and business development.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Valid passport for international travel.
• Willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in office administration and database software.
