We are at the beginning of an exciting collaboration, bringing together People (HR) and Finance into one unit. We are looking for a junior team member to join our People and Finance team. In this diverse and dynamic role, you will gain hands-on experience in both accounting and HR processes. Curiosity, drive, and a willingness to learn are key to thriving in this position. About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions for specific companies
- Oversee month-end closing procedures
- Assist with payroll-related tasks and other finance functions as needed
- Manage expense claims and process incoming supplier invoices
- Provide support during audits
- Own HR master data and act as a superuser and administrator for HR systems (Winningtemp, CatalystOne, LMS), providing support and troubleshooting
- Assist in reporting and analysis of HR data and KPIs (e.g., Åpenhetsloven, Aktivitets- og redegjørelsesplikten, CSRD)
- Maintain and enhance the Learning Management System, ensuring usability and user adoption in collaboration with IT
- Support the People & Finance team with various ad-hoc tasks
What You Bring
Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or HR is a plus
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish) and English.
Skills & Abilities
- Independent and structured work style, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with numbers and technical systems
- Strong team player who can also work independently
