About the Role

Our In-Service Inspection department operates in Bergen and Stavanger, with more than 55 professionals working offshore and onshore. As a Senior Engineer, you will provide technical leadership in planning and executing inspection activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee inspection strategies and programs
• Coordinate and conduct offshore/onshore inspections
• Serve as a primary contact for clients, offering expert guidance and support
• Evaluate and report inspection findings, ensuring accuracy and reliability
• Mentor and support junior engineers and technicians in best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably in materials, corrosion, or welding). Extensive industrial experience can replace formal education, such as IWE and/or NS 415 N2 certifications.
• Strong communication skills in both English and the Scandinavian language
• Commercially minded with a solution-oriented approach
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality results and drive continuous improvement
