Join our Norwegian Sales organization and be a part of our transformative journey in the Electrification and Automation market. Identify and seize business opportunities with existing customers while attracting new ones in the energy supply, industrial, and infrastructure sectors, significantly contributing to the expansion of customer relationships and continuous business growth. Be a key player in shaping the future of electrification and automation with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management: Enhance and execute the go-to-market and sales strategy, considering both commercial and technical aspects to expand the business and increase profitability. Manage external partnerships and foster ecosystems.
Leadership: Track and evaluate individual/team performance by providing feedback and support. Allocate resources, including budget and personnel, to meet objectives. Build a diverse, inclusive and agile team capable of thriving in a fast-changing environment.
Change Management: Lead organizational transformations through trust and empowerment.
Cross Collaboration: Collaborate effectively across borders and functions to achieve business objectives and ensure synergies cross businesses.
You’ll win us over by:
Professional experience: Documented results from successfully leading a sales organization, preferably within products, solution, service and software, with solid understanding of partner and/or channel sales. Proven track record in successful change management and leading transformative initiatives
Translating strategy into concrete actions: Aligning systems and processes to support implementation of the business strategy. Coordinate across functions and adapting to local circumstances in order to ensure that the strategy is turned into actions and yields measurable and sustainable results. Quantifying strategic contributions and setting strategic priorities.
Growth Mindset: Constantly seeking out new challenges which help one learn and grow. Openness to new ideas and actively using the knowledge provided both within and outside of Siemens.
We expect you to be fluent in a Scandinavian language, and have excellent English skills
