Job DescriptionLocation: Location can be in one of our offices in Sweden or Norway; Sollefteå, Laholm, Stockholm, Ôstersund, Narvik, Trondheim, Gaupne, Sauda or Dalen. Oslo as job location, where we have our headquarters is also possible. However, decentralized locations are preferred.
Procurement Nordics is seeking a competent, proactive, and committed individual to take on the role as a Project Procurement Manager in our project procurement teams, serving and supporting all types of refurbishment projects in connections with our Nordic hydropower assets.

As a Project Procurement Manager working in Procurement Nordics you will act as responsible for all procurement activities in various hydropower refurbishment and development projects with a focus on the electro-mechanical scopes in Norway and Sweden and hereunder:
- Coordinate and Manage Procurement: Oversee all procurement activities, including planning, organizing, and managing the procurement team.
- Develop and Execute Procurement Strategy: Prepare and implement the procurement strategy and plan, conduct tender processes, manage contracts, and ensure efficient procurement execution.
- Monitor and Report Contract Status: Maintain key aspects of major contracts, follow up on risks and mitigation actions, and document procurement processes and contract management items.
- Support Project and Team Activities: Act as a commercial advisor, arrange training, assist in project takeovers, handle disputes, and support claims management.
- Ensure Sustainability and Compliance: Monitor sustainability requirements, perform supplier assessments, and prepare contract close-out reports.
- Educational and Professional Background: Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant discipline or documented field experience, with 5–15 years in project procurement, management, or controlling roles.
- Technical Skills: Excellent IT skills, with SAP experience being advantageous.
- Interpersonal and Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work, educate, and support multiple stakeholders.
- Adaptability and Learning: Proactive, quick learner capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Language and Licensing: Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian and English, with a driving license.
