Job Description:

• Lead the development of the strategy for DCC & LCI in the Company, making sure it meets the current and future needs.
• Lead the development of plans, procedures, processes, and training materials for DCC & LCI in the Company.
• Lead the development and implementation of systems and tools for DCC &LCI in the Company.
• Support the implementation of plans, procedures, and processes for DCC & LCI in projects.
• Support the implementation of systems and tools for DCC & LCI in projects.
• Depending on the size and type of project, hold the position of Project DCC & LCI Lead.
• Liaise with other members in the Project Services department to support the development of strategies, plans, procedures, processes, systems and tools related to Schedule, Progress and Cost Management, aligning in the exchange of information between systems and tools.
• Liaise with other departments in the Company to ensure any requirements related to DCC & LCI are properly incorporated in their strategies, plans, procedures, processes, tools and systems, aligning in the exchange of information between systems and tools.
• Support routines for effective communication within the Company.
• Support to Risk Management activities and Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA).
• Contribute to experience transfer and lessons learned activities

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the wind industry or the oil and gas industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as lead for DCC and/or LCI
• Long relevant experience and/or additional qualifications can compensate for lack of relevant formal education.
• Long relevant experience can compensate for lack of experience as lead.
• Experience with PIMS and/or ProArc. 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Packages.
• Proficient in English, both orally and written.
