We are looking for a highly motivated Chief Pilot for our AW139 fleet - Join our team!

With a huge expansion into the offshore market with new contracts, we are growing our fleet with state-of-the-art AW139 helicopters this spring. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual who share our values and is eager to join us on our exciting journey into the Norwegian offshore market.

Lufttransport RW AS provides essential helicopter services for the Norwegian Ministry of Transport, operating the Bodø-Værøy route, and conducts offshore crew change operations from Stavanger and Bergen with the AW139. From January 2026 we will operate two SAR equipped AW139s for Equinor based at Oseberg A. In addition, we will start operating a fleet of AW189s from Stavanger and Florø later this year.

Preferred qualifications and experience

• Qualify as an offshore commander according to IOGP 690-2
• Valid or recent type-rating on AW139 helicopters
• Experience from Offshore operations
• Operations in Nordic conditions
• Experience with operational manual revisions, and operative administration

Requirements for the position
