The role:

• Jr Marketing Coordinator/ Content Creator
• We are looking for a pro-active person to help us create clear and informative content across our platforms and channels.
• We do not spend money on ads, but focus on our own content and creating the best possible information for our B2B customers.
• Creating, optimising, and updating webpages and social media.
• Focus on SEO optimising our pages.
• Part of our 3 person marketing team in a multicultural office.

Who are you?

We do think that you:

• Write excellent English (we don't mind if you speak the language with an accent, most of us do!). Other languages are a bonus, but not a requirement.
• Are a team player but are able to work independently on your own tasks.
• Are the type of person that takes initiative and suggests solutions rather than waiting to be told how to complete a task.
• Either know digital marketing and content creation tools well, or are the type of person that is able to teach yourself new systems effectively. 
• Are a storyteller and have an itch for creativity.
• Are confident in the content you create, but appreciate feedback that helps improve it for specific target audiences.
• Ideally have a working understanding/knowledge of some of these topics: content writing, newsletters, automation, webpages, SEO, graphic design.

We don’t need you to be a coffee expert, but please do tell us about any experiences you may have from the industry!

The Recruitment Process:

• The first step is that you fill our short application form.
• We will then invite relevant candidates for a quick 15 min digital meeting with our Head of Marketing to get to know each other better.
• Relevant applicants will be invited for a more traditional interview where we can discuss more about the role and what competencies you are able to add.
• The right candidate will also get to meet our CEO before we offer a position.
