Personnel Coordinator

Soiltech is expanding its People & Organisation department, and we are looking for a dedicated and proactive colleague to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be crew rotation, including the facilitation of work visas for offshore employees working abroad. The position reports to the VP People & Organisation.

This is a newly created role in response to increased demand from our clients, and you will work closely with a colleague in a similar position. Together, you will share responsibilities and collaborate to ensure an efficient and well-balanced workflow. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the development of our processes while finding effective solutions as a team.

We currently use OCS as our crew planning system.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilization of offshore personnel
• Facilitation of work visas
• Close collaboration with Project Managers regarding personnel needs
• Acting as the link between offshore and onshore operations
• Preparing and maintaining rotation plans
• Reviewing time sheets and overtime reports, ensuring accurate registration of hours
• Booking courses and travel arrangements
• Optimizing personnel utilization
• Following up on sickness absence

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English
